Cucumber Nojito


Ingredients:

1/4 Lebanese cucumber -chopped
4 fresh Mint leaves
15ml of Agave syrup (optional)
1/4 fresh Lime-chopped
Method:
Add cucumber, mint, agave syrup and lime and muddle to release the flavours.
Top the glass with ice
Pour over ETCH Sparkling ZST
Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
