Here’s some simple garnish ideas to pair with each of our six native Australian flavours:

ZST Fingerlime & Lemon Myrtle

 – Fresh lemon or lime slices

– A twist of fresh or dehydrated lemon peel

– Cucumber ribbons, fresh mint & a lime wedge (Here's some inspiration)

Cocktails ETCH Sparkling ZST

PLM Davidson Plum & Strawberry Gum

– A slice of fresh or dried lime & an edible flower (for inspiration take a look here)

– A slice of blood orange with a sprig of rosemary (watch this)

APL Bush Apple & Kakadu Plum

 – Thin apple slices fanned over the glass

– Dehydrated apple crisp

GFR Grapefruit & Lemon Aspen

– Slice of ruby grapefruit (fresh of dehydrated)

– Slice of lemon & a sprig of thyme

– Curl of dehydrated citrus peel
