Ingredients
60ml Verjuice
15ml Orgeat (Almond Syrup)
Handful of Parsley
ETCH ZST to top glass
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker (except ZST)
Shake hard and strain over ice
Top the glass with ETCH ZST
Garnish & Glass
Higball
Garnish with a twist of lime and a sprig of parsley
