Ingredients:
60ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Blackberry Syrup
15ml fresh Lime Juice
3-4 Sage leaves
ETCH Sparkling PLM - Davidson Plum, Riberry + Strawberry Gum
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker, except PLM.
Fill shaker with ice, shake hard and fine strain. Top glass with PLM

Coupe glass, garnish with a frozen blackberry and a sage leaf
